her choice dude. i thought she needed some meat on her bones, now that she's got meat, shes freakin out. her jean size went from a 0 to a 1, and now all hell is breaking loose

here is my diet
breakfast egg white or a protein pancake
mid morning snack 100 % whey protein shake
lunch turkey sandwich somedays or chicken breast
mid day snack protein bar
after workout protein shake
dinner 1 meat either chicken, steak, fish with veg spinach or broccoli
night snack protein bar
protein shake 1 hour before bed
also cut out drinking
drink only 2 a month,,,, also once a week will have a cheat meal

college = throw these diets out the window. can't not drink thursday thru the weekend...

cheated a week back. not intentionally.

got absolutely hammered at Pub Crawl which started at 3pm...you stay at each bar, 1 dollar beers for 2 hours, then they blow an airhorn and everyone goes to the next bar. and so on.

got shitfaced had about a large pizza on my own and it didnt land on my carb day. my veins were popping out, my body was not knowing what was going on.

next day i had a freakin cookie dough blizzard from dairy queen.

back on it though and still trucking strong.

my body fat went from 14% to 11% in one month.

good job man, i lost all willpower after graduating high school. went from about 215-220 sophmore year of high school to 175 now backup higher than 220. yayyy

Pub crawls are fuckin great, had the tiem of my life last year on one, and that was in south bend of all places.

I knew this thread would end quickly :). I've done shit like this where I start a thread that's supposed to last a long time and it usually dies after 2 days.

Not so much my diet ending, as I dont think people give 3 craps about reading that I eat the same shit everyday.

Have I cheated on my diet? Yes. 3 times over 4 weeks. Pizza twice when I was hammered and a milkshake. It probably set me back 2 weeks because Ive hit a little plateau here. Overall, I am seeing quick results like I usually do.

The other thing thats been tough is I have gone out of town 3 weekends straight. Tough to eat 5-6 times a day when you go out of town all of the time. I got 3-4 meals in on those weekends and that has hurt too.

Overall, still eating very healthy and hopefully will get back on track. May start gradually adding in a fat burner to tone up a bit.

OK, now this diet has been officially broken. The past 3 days have been hell. Delicious hell.

I need to do final measurements, and weight to see how much I lost body fat/etc, and Im ready to start a bulking/mass diet - now that I shred some weight.
