Yeah probably was born that way. But did he get the ducks permission first? Doubt it. Is it natural for humans to eat McDonalds, bet on sports, and jerk off to porno while drinking barley and hops? No but most people do it anyways. And why? Because they like it, and it feels good. I for one believe that if it feels good you should do it, you only live once.
