What was difficult to get about it? Was just saying that if Vit, me, or Guesser posted anything personal, we'd be attacked for it nonstop. It wasn't like a cryptic message or anything. If I made a post about my grandpa dying... JDouche, Seymour, and Ace would be mocking me about it nonstop. Just mentioning how sick conservatives are and how you guys have free reign to post whatever you want because you don't need to be aware of psychos taking advantage of it.
There is no doubt you take more ridiculous personal attacks than anyone here. But your assertion that the lefties don't participate in personal attacks is at best disingenuous and and worst a complete lie. The purple flower picture comments towards Joe being the best example. Your buddy Vit often comments about Joe trolling dick when mentioning that picture. That type of shit is no different than idiots ripping you for the weight loss stuff.
I'm talking about serious personal issues. I don't care about weight loss. If I made a thread saying I had to go to the hospital or tell people that I'm sick, these guys would attack me relentlessly in sickening ways. It's not even close to the same as Vit making fun of the flower patch. There's people in the offshore that talk about alcoholism, drug addiction, people making personal confessions, people talking about being sick... you know, normal stuff that people talk about and there is no negative response by us lefties. None of us lefties would read Willie's post and make a negative comment about it, that was my only point. I wouldn't even post in that thread out of respect to Willie, because I know me even wishing him well would be taken negatively by him.
Just the hypocrisy is kind of crazy. How people think we're the evil guys and they stick up for some of the sickest most disgusting people out there. And Scott L has become one of them. I can't even imagine the shit he'd say to me if I got cancer or had a serious medical emergency.
Ya, I can't argue some of that, I know a poster legitimately said they hoped you had cancer which is insane. I do think finding someone's picture on the internet, posting it on the forum and ripping him for it is close to as low of a personal attack as there is, with negative comments about someone's health issues obviously being even worse.

But it's the people like you who think police can't handle themselves and need protection from someone with a camera or a keyboard instead of the other weapons they have to face on the job that is much more damaging than anything NPR has ever done. Anytime you try to protect the police from something other than the true dangers of their profession, you are part of the problem
Just got to the part where you did in fact suffer an MI, glad to hear you are on the mend. You are one lucky dude that you had symptoms, many people are not that fortunate. Also, many people may have ignored the symptoms, while working in ER we seen many hold off. Keep fighting the good fight and follow your regimen
