It looks like Henry Ruggs is facing up to 46 years in prison for TWO felonies ... RECKLESS DRIVING & D.U.I , Mr. Ruggs could also face additional charges for a gun found in the Corvette

Ruggs should fare well in prison. Probably be sent to Indian Wells outside of Las Vegas. Most of the inmates are Raiders fans and Ruggs should have enough money to keep their commissary accounts flush with cash. There are always a few inmates who want to take a celebrity inmate down but he should be able to buy some protection.

From what I understand ruggs hit her , the car burst into flames & she was trapped / pinned & couldn't move . bystanders & first responders tried to get her out but couldn't .... the young woman died screaming with her dog who was with her
