I've been a customer of WSEX for over 10 years. I've always enjoyed dealing with them. That was until a couple years ago. They have NO EXCUSES not to pay out within a few days when requested. I've had several attempts to collect money in the past couple years and it's been PAINFUL !! The logic is obvious and it HAS to be a business decision "let's keep em' gambling and more than likely we'll get all or most of what you won back to us" It's GOT to be the sole reason why they drag it out sooooooooo long. STAY AWAY FROM WSEX !!!!! This is from a long time customer who now plays with BetJam and loves them. Great book and it took exactly two days (Fed Ex) to get a check for 2 K on my first request for a pay-out.
