Yup I almost hate my days off because I get all screwed up again.Luckily for me I'm just holiding down the fort for the day shift and there is not much heavy lifting involved. If you can get use to it its a great shift otherwise you feel like a zombi all the time. Tough to exercise because of lack of energy.Sleep consistency is the hardest.

Same here, usually by the time I wake up on my days off most of the day is gone - and even on my days off I can't seem to fall asleep before 6 or 7am at the earliest, which is a right pain when I have the odd 12pm shift to do.

I remember one time when for various reasons I ended up not sleeping for about 2 and a half days (working a lot of that) and it was the weirdest feeling in the world. I felt like I was awake and asleep at the same time and I just kept zoning in and out and seeing or hearing things as if my dreams and reality were merging.

How I made it home in one piece I really don't know :icon_conf
