Hawks were shitty forever and got some great young talent in the draft because of that. Then they hired an excellent coach. Great team. Not taking anything away from what they've done but a dynasty is something like 3 in 4 years or 4 in 5 year or better. That's not hating. I think many will agree.

First Cup win on home ice in 77 years !! Congrats Chicago fans!!!!!!!! Well done

Congrats to the Monarchs too. King's AHL affiliate won the Calder Cup, two days ago. The future is still bright.

I think we can basically keep most of this core together too. I think Sharp will go, and Hossa will be a year older...but I don't see major regression on the horizon.
