Trump campaigned on the issue of Extreme Vetting. Yet he refused to define what that meant. Now when it comes time to actually implement Extreme Vetting, we see it is just using the same vetting Obama did

then why is there so much outrage AND legal action brought to activist judges? If this had been the practiced law, then what is it that's being changed now? what are the courts stopping today that was allowed under Obama?

Actually, what he could do, and is beyond the courts reach, is to set the vetting rules so strict that virtually nobody could get in. He could ask for papers from birth to their current age, which most of those not wanted here can't produce. Totally out of reach from the courts.

Trump continually kicks their asses and they still can't figure it out.

The original travel ban blocked lots of non-Muslims from coming into the country while still allowing lots of Muslim terrorists from places like Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan. The current travel ban is even worse as it now allows in anyone who Obama vetted. Trump needs to either define and implement his plan for Extreme Vetting (picking a few countries based on what Obama said is about the exact opposite of Extreme Vetting), or he needs to go ahead and put a complete Muslim ban in place. Those were the policies he campaigned on. What he's doing now is just lobbing softballs to the opposition. Instead of actually doing something effective about Muslim terrorism, he would rather come up with something the courts can block so he can go to rallies and whine about it and hear a big crowd cheer for him. If I'm wrong, why didn't he take the first one to the Supreme Court? Hard to see how the judges ruling against Trump are 'Activist Judges,' when it's been almost every judge he's gone up against.
