I spent 6 days in Sun Valley back in the late 80's and thought the place was beautiful.

Would love to go back if I get the chance. Visit, not to live.

I sure hope not. I'm far far far from a liberal, and I think we need more abortions, assisted suicide, and public hangings at Town Square every Sunday across the Country...

Disasters, liberalism and the new tax laws have caused another surge in people leaving California. Idaho has taken over from WA and OR as a prime destination for obvious reasons if you have ever been there...winters are not extreme most years.
Many, many still coming to AZ and NV although, like someone above said, they have brought a new level of liberalism here which is why we have an incompetent governor. Median home price in LV is at an all-time high plus they are building apartments in any open space.
