FYI - I STILL have not received my bank wire requested on 12/31/03. Now they say the "withdrawls dept" is going to set up a trace on my funds and should be contacting me in the future, but I need to have "patience with this matter." Like waiting 23 days for a wire withdrawl isn't patient as Death already.
Throw this on top of the last incident where they double billed my credit card on a deposit and didn't refund the money for 4 weeks, and I'd say I'm pretty much done with this book as an out.
BTW - I opened a new account at Hollywood last week...what a great sportsbook.
