Has anyone made a drastic change to their diet and stuck with it?

I forgot to mention, that I only did my 'diet' through the week, and basically ate whatever I wanted on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Still lost those pounds

Not everyone will agree with that strategy but 5 out of 7 days eating much of nothing makes a huge difference

And if you do it that way it gets where you have something to look forward to and can't wait for the weekend

I've heard a lot of people give advice on healthy diets ITT and IRL, and as different as the advice is they all have 1 thing in common: little to no junk food.

Something that tends not to get mentioned is sleep, but from what I understand getting enough sleep is also very important to health.

Thanks for all the tips guys. Sugar and alcohol are a big culprit for me.
I’ll stop back in a month with the new numbers.

exercise, low carb and no alcohol.

The older I get the more difficult I’m finding to make a big change.

My cholesterol numbers were way off. Grant it, I’ve been eating a lot more processed food.

But I’m thinking of going the all veggie and plant diet while eating some salmon for the omegas.

I love vegetable sushi. And Uber eats has a promo of buy one get one from a local sushi place here in Cincinnati that comes out to about $6 a roll. And it’s huge. Not a bad price.

I’m shooting to drop my cholesterol under 200 by mid July. It’s currently at 289. Unacceptable. Lol

I used to drink thirteen to fifteen tallboy beers almost every night. Sometimes it was close to twenty when I started before noon.
But I've learned my lesson since then and now I only drink tall can vodka drinks with 7% alcohol and only drink eight or nine a day.

Thanks Vodka ?
