Has anyone ever won a 10+ teams parlay?

Got to drop a little math on you guys...

If you just flipped a coin 10 times (heads=home team, tails=away team), you would "hit" the parlay 1 out of every 1024 times. (2 to the 10th power number of combinations)

Assuming that the pointspreads make it a 50/50 choice (and not considering ties), you should expect that 1 out of every 1024 ten-team parlays is a winner.

PEOPLE USED TO ASK THE OLD OWNER OF CRIS WHAT A 5 TEAM PARLAY PAYS. IF THE PARLAY WAS FOR 300 DOLLARS HE WOULD SAY, "MINUS 300."

Yes it was last year, this year though they cut the weekly prize from 40k to 30k. Still not bad though for a $20 investment which you get to play all 17 weeks of the year. It ends up costing you $1.18 each week for a shot at this prize plus a bunch more at the end of the year, LOL. Anyway not to sound like a contest shill but this is one I strongly recommend.

Here in Oregon we have a state sponsored
NFL parlay card. Hit a $2 10-teamer that
payed $562 (Pari-mutual payout). Offshore
I've never played anything past a 4-teamer.
The 10-teamer I hit was a few years back in
NFL pre-season of all things. I took like
the 10 dogs getting the most points one
weekend and got lucky. No capping, no skill,
just pure dumb luck on that one.

I hit a football slip in High School picking ten teams.. I think I had 4 bucks on it and won 100 dollars. Damn Shame, Ive been hooked on gambling ever since..
