It's pretty difficult to find a worst matchup in the NBA than this one between the Nets and Wizards. Even if you combined their wins they would still be a horrible team. The Nets at least got the monkey off their backs by winning game number 10 last week against the Spurs, 90-84. The win assured the 72-73 Sixers are still the all-time worst team in NBA history with just nine wins. Picking a winner in today's contest is about the same odds as flipping a coin. However, the total, that's another case. The Washington Wizards haven't scored 100 points or more since February. Since then, it's been 19 straight under the century mark. And, it comes as no surprise that the Nets are last in scoring offense (91.5 ppg) and the Wizards are 26th (95.7). Two horrible teams, both looking to just play out the season and neither really caring about today's contest. I look for this one to be about as exciting as watching grass grow. However, just like grass, the money is just as green when you win with terrible games. The Under is the play here and that's what I am going with on Sunday.

Now its is easy to understand why he is down over a verified one million, one hundred thousand dollars since 11/08 using his own rating scale.
Lets see-yesterday he went 0-6 and lost over 100K and today he comes back with 2 two hundred star plays(20K), one of which is minus -230-terrific money management.:lol:

I'll take the reigning world champs at even money behind Sabathia here as the Yankees are 20-6 in his last 26 starts, 8-1 in his last 9 road starts and 6-1 in his last 7 starts vs. the American League East. The Red Sox have also dropped 4 in a row in this series. Beckett is certainly right there with Sabathia as one of the best pitchers in baseball, but in what could be a pitcher's duel, smart money goes on the team with the better offensive lineup, and that's the Yankees.

Plus, the T-Wolves will be extremely motivated after getting crushed by OKC by 17 points the last time these two teams faced off. That lopsided affair was certainly out of the ordinary as Minnesota had either won or lost by 7 or fewer points in the 8 previous meetings. Plays on road underdogs of 10 or more points revenging a road loss vs. an opponent, with a losing record, are 104-56 ATS the last 5 seasons, including 7-3 ATS this season. Plus, Minnesota is 20-8 ATS in road games when revenging a loss vs. an opponent of 10 points or more over the last 2 seasons, only losing in these spots by 7.3 points on average. Lastly, the Timberwolves are 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. We’ll pound the T-Wolves here.

Houston will not be in the playoffs but is looking to end the season strong. It hasn't had much luck with Indiana though. It's coming off a 119-114 victory over the Celtics on Friday night though and although it was missing Trevor Ariza, Kevin Martin and Shane Battier, I expect this team to build off that victory. "We finally realized how important it is to win these kind of games and how much good you're going to get for it if we play like this through the end of the season," forward Luis Scola said. "It's great and we've got to keep going. We've got seven more and we have to keep playing the same way." Houston will look to snap a three game losing streak at Conseco Field House with a big effort tonight (note: Houston has in fact seen the total go "over" the number in 19 of 31 revenging a loss vs. an opponent). Indiana is playing its best ball of the year right now but is coming off a 105-96 OT loss to the Heat on Friday night. "Very tough loss," forward Troy Murphy said. "We couldn't get it done at the end when it really counted." Danny Granger continues to dominate though; he's helped the Pacers average over 105 points in Indiana's last nine home games (note: Indiana has seen the total go "over" the number in 9 of 16 vs. good offensive teams that score 99 plus points per game in the second half of the season). Houston has been giving up 108.4 points on 51% shooting over the last eight games; Indiana will be looking to bounce back from a couple of sub par efforts; as a result, play on the "over".

Memphis is coming off a win against the Hornets on Friday, but are effectively out of the Playoff picture. Memphis will have to deal with the "revenge factor" this evening as they beat the Magic 99-94 in Memphis on Jan 25th. Memphis has made a huge turnaround from last year, but I expect a "letdown" in this spot against a determined Orlando team that is looking to bounce back from a sub par performance (note: Memphis is just 2-6 ATS as a road underdog of 9 1/2 to 12 points; also just 21-24 ATS when playing against a team with a winning record). This is the beginning of a three game stand; Orlando beat the Mavericks on Thursday and fell to a desperate Spurs team on Friday. Mickael Pietrus has been playing extremely well; over those two games he hit 14 of 17 and 8 of 9 from behind the arc. Dwight Howard will be looking to return to form after being held to just 10 points and six rebounds against San Antonio (due mostly to foul issues/after not getting one foul against Dallas) (note: Orlando is 8-4 ATS as a home favourite of 9 1/2 to 12 points; also 17-14 ATS vs. poor defensive teams that allow 99 plus points per contest). Containing Zach Randolph and keeping the Grizzlies from penetrating will be of utmost importance for Orlando; no problem laying the points here.
