According to Trackpicks, ***** hits 47% ATS in his non-MLB picks while FatJack hits 52.7%, not impressive, either.
I also noticed that FatJack on his website guarantees to have a pick on every non-weekend football game and at least eight picks on every weekend. Such guarantees might be great for action junkies but certainly not a sign for serious, results-oriented handicapping.

The ones I see posted a lot that have good track records are Millionaires Club, Wizard Of Odds, Steam Online and Wayne Root. All those YWN guys can be tracked on their site.

Services recommended

I've used 10+ in the past, most weren't worth the $ and could have done better on my own.

The good ones I found were:

Ben Burns. Some really good streaks in the NFL and comes across as a decent guy. He has stunk it up to start 2008 from what I've seen posted (not currently subscribing) but he tends to do alot better in the 2nd half of the season and playoffs especially with totals. Used to have everything documented at the BigGuy but no longer does. Don't know if he has a monitor now.

GameBreaker Football. Bought a few seasons, good info and what I liked was everything was above board. Plays were monitored and posted for anyone to see at kickoff. His site is free this year and sounds like permanently. Always paid before and did well so I'm not complaining. Like Burns, I got a good impression. He's having a good year and his Top Plays always seem to do well. So I don't know if this qualifies as a Service anymore but not much has changed except there's nothing to pay.

Those are my top 2. After those ones I'd say Kevin O'Neil (the Maxx) seems good and credible. Did well with him in the NFL (streaky capper though). Chad Wilson (SportsLynx) used to be really good at college but I don't know about recently.

Anything Feist-related was crap as far as I'm concerned. Made the mistake of giving my phone numebr to tehm (called the "free" line from my home number). Big mistake, drove me nuts for awhile. I'd say run from anyone who has big claims and doesn't have their picks monitored. These guys are so full of bullshit excuses when you ask them about that. Save your money and the hassle.

Good thread. Interesting to hear everyone's opinions on this.

also I like to give back...I was a bookie for many years and took a lot of money from the players...its just my way of giving back, only 20% of the gamblers come to forums...win or lose I saw what I do and not like some I bet every pick that goes live.

First let me make myself clear, my ONE and only goal is to get a few members to split the cost of both services. Thus minimizing the financial effect of the monthly cost. I have been playing both A nton's and FatJack's plays for some time. While some of the lines are a bit skewed in @nton's case that plays in our favor as this whole baseball season he has only released underdogs and totals (which is remarkable all in its self). I got plays that he released at say +130 and my man had the game +140. But the point here is that both these services are documented and are proven winners. Most of us would be hard pressed to find 5 more services with similar track record that we can verify. Let's focus on the strength of both these guys and use one service for baseball and the other or a combo for football. I am not sure about the rest of you, but I play $150 per unit and at the end of the day you will not hear me complain about banking 20k after a nice baseball and football season.

I've noticed you guys post Mike Wynn and Razor sharp plays.....Wynn and sharp are the same person....It's a complete scam....You will notice wynn and sharp are often on the same game but different side....SHOCKING lol

This fraudster also used the name Jeff Allen and used Dan Pastorinis name when selling picks.....It's owned and operated by one guy and all the funds go into one office lol

Now I know Many Don't like Wayne Root and he did lose his "Game of Decade" which lost me money, but on the day he did go 5-1. My question is do; when you guys follow a handicapper and he releases say 4 or 5 plays do you play all five plays or just the highest rated one. cause I only played his highest and lost but had I played all equally I would have come up on top. Please help as to how you guys wager thank you.
