I bumped my game subscription to 4 games last night and put it on top of my Q just so Gamefly would send me a copy today and they did!

Watching this G4TV countdown to it. Well it is just OK. But good grief watching Olivia Munn never loses.

so is the multiplayer similar to halo 2 or halo 1? I played the first game for like a year straight online (xbox) and I couldn't take the ut-like gameplay on halo 2.

From the reviews I've been reading it looks it's a juggernaut.

I heard its 4 on 4. Does it have that on the other ones.

I'm embarassed to say I never played the first two, because I never owned a regular XBOX.

This is the biggest release in gaming and pre-release in history!!

4 on 4 is just the co-op. That is a first for the series since halo 2 only had 2 player co-op. Halo 2 was frustrating because you weren't able to pick the server you wanted to play, and they just automatically threw you in somewhere based upon a stupid ranking system. Max on the servers were 16 only and the system threw you into the same maps over and over at times.

If they give you more freedom in this one like an online pc game (can't wait for unreal tournament 3, the real juggernaut) then this might be a go. But, if it's trying to be too smart with the server match, then no thanks.

The helmet is part of some limited edition set. That many of us could care less about or wont even get a chance to buy or dont feel like spending the money on.

It's the biggest game in pre-release history (there is some rediculous amount of pre-orders and also people lined up deep at many a store at retailers as I type this, to purchase the game at midnight.) Because the first two games of the series have been so good and this game has recieved so much hype as being every bit as great. Early reviews are already living up to expectations, it's really supposed to be that awesome.

I personally could care less about owning anything limted edition or whatever, I just would like to rent it for a month or so and send it back. But I am looking forward to playing it.

Ill have it It in Costa Rica in about a week , last time I preordered a game down here ( crackdown ) it took longer to get , then when I just normally order them off of ebay , so tommorrow Im ordering it , and it should be here within 7 days .... YAY YAY !!!

I havent played online for anything yet at all on this system. But this game going to probably take my cherry.

I'm siked up to play that single player campaign. I read it's supposed to be pretty intense.
