Looks like a push for you my friend... Crush takes over at the Nash 17 with 28 seconds left.

Don't worry about the lines tightening... ask Vegas.... lol

You know what dude... one more Nashville timeout might spawn Clay Rush off the bench... don't know if they've got the T.O. or not...

I got the push with COL -7. Got a narrow win with LV under 97.5. Also had GA and SJ this week. 3-0-1. The value of getting the best number has sure proven to be true. Could easily have lost LV and COL bets. Thankfully for me the CMB 2 point conversion missed and the COL 2 point conversion was good.

1st week where you could've actually shopped a bit, couldn't have done that any other week this season.

What a day... whooped ass on sides. For the record, I'm dropping the Nashville o/u in with totals, as an individual team total is also a total. Don't let this record fool you.... look at the units...

Las Vegas (-1) @ Columbus ROMP W (+4.76 units)
Las Vegas @ Columbus under 90 and 96 1 too many L (-2.5 units)
Georgia (+6.5 and ml) @ New York W (+2.81 units)

Colorado (-6.5) @ Nashville W (+3.81 units)
Nashville over 41.5 points L (-1.5 units)

For the day...
Record: 3-2
Net: +7.38 units

Add this to yesterday...

Saberkitties vs. Philly under 113.5 W (+1.90 units)

Week 7 thus far...
Record: 4-2
Net: +9.28 units... guaranteed the winning week on a massive card

YTD...

Against the opening line: 18-7
Against that same closing line: 14-9-1 (Colorado going in the loss column)

Sides Record: 12-9 (+15.32 units)
Totals Record: 13-6 (+17.78 units)
Parlays: 1-2 (+0.55 units)
2nd half: 2-3 (-1.87 units)
Teasers: 0-1 (-3 units)
Props: 1-3 (-2.48 units)

Composite Record

YTD: 29-24 (54.7%... creeping up there)
Net: +28.20 units

Units Wagered: 141.5 units
Units Won: 28.20 units
Net %: 19.93% profit per unit wagered

Sunday Card
New Orleans/Orlando over 98.5 (1.5 units)
Chicago/Grand Rapids over 99.5 (3 units at +117)
Grand Rapids +45.5 points (2 units at -108)
All 4 games over 99.5 (1 unit at +136)

Okay, now what I have to say about today in as few words as possible... Everything went pretty as planned except Colorado, and even then, they proved they were better than the line suggested. Vegas is back after absolutely f---ing Columbus. Clint Dolezel is healthy, and with that defense, this is an Arena Bowl bound team... book Colorado vs. Las Vegas in the American Conference Championship game. Georgia had the game won in several instances and did it with their defense. I think this team is the better team than NY. NY is still soft. Georgia is battle tested. This will come back as a big asset down the rocky road that is the Southern Division. I'm more scared of this team now than before and that's after a loss. But it's good to see the sides level out. I needed that for some confidence later in the year on my sides. My apologies to anyone that sat on Colorado -7.5 and up. 7, you made out alright... lol... no complaints over 2-0-1 ever.

Now THAT'S a recap.... More money to be made tomorrow.

No kidding. If you played COL late, you lost. If you played LV early, you lost. Weird. Last week if you played GA late you lost. I'd like to thank Olympic for posting that 97.5 on LV. I would have played that at Pinny at 93or 94. Thanks OLY!

Vegas closed at 98 on Pinny... But really, don't worry about it for the most part. I'm chalking it up to some good fortune this week, but I believe the reads were in general right. Didn't plan on Dolezel letting them drop 60 against Columbus, but even still, just a play short of an even better day. I knew under 90 was screwed after Dolezel came back, but 96 could've happened very easily. One bad break, one good break. Everything else was earned. Rarely will you see me complain about breaks because I know they happen both directions. For you tonight, 2 in the right direction... for me, 1 up, 1 down. Still, cashing a 5 unit and 2 4 units is real nice.

Also, starting in about week 11 is when the home teams start barking against the really bad teams. If GR, Aus, and Cmb don't start covering soon, they'll be hard pressed to find covers later when they take to the road. Only good stuff from here.

Real surprised that CMB could not get one single stop. That kickoff return with 9 seconds to go in the first half was an under killer. Wonder if it will be D'Orazio or Vena next week. The LV defense keeps on rolling. All but SJ held under 42.

Yeah Scott, I thought when that kick return happened I was a dead man... LV's D is just nasty though.

They'll be tested though. After AZ next week comes SJ, COL, GR in a row, all with offenses that can hit the upper 50s.

Couple things here Scott...

Vegas has also already shut down LA and NY, two not-slacker offenses... yeah, LA has been awfully inconsistent, but it's not like they've played no one yet this year. San Jose dropped a ton on them, but I think we'll see that's more of a case of SJ being superior, especially once Robinson came into the game for the Glads. Look for this defense to remain the best in the league for a good chunk of the year. And now that they finally played an over game??? Back to unders next week... lol

Also, starting in about an hour, I've got the Tampa/Arizona game almost for certain... anyone else watching GR/Chi? Check here for updates. Today should go smoother than yesterday day because I'm not trying to watch AFLNet on my computer AND college basketball on my TV, as well as juggling IMs and 3 games at the same time... lol. Should be much more efficient following a total of 2 (ok, and perhaps bits of a CBB game... I want to watch this UK/UF game too... hate them Gators).

Back in about 35 minutes.

I agree that the LV defense has been amazing. I'm just saying they will be tested. They have passed all but SJ so far. Excellent defense, and if the offense can play like they did last night on a regular basis, this team will be hard to beat.
