Don't really understand the TOR +115 line???

They don't have 5th place locked up mathematically and have owned the Habs this year. Habs are awful lately despite a fluky win when they were down 2-1 after 2 periods before WIN realized they were out of playoffs and laid down in the 3rd.

If TOR wins tomorrow they get exactly what they want, a matchup with the habs in the playoffs.
