Still not sure what his beef is. Bullshit rule, yes it is. They are protecting their self. They do t want someone to come in with a $500 deposit, $500 cash bonus then bet the whole $1000 and go on a run. They want to keep their risk minimum. Then when the roll over is met have at it.

Bullshit rule? Yes but not stealing. I’ve taken 100’s of bonuses and always made sure I knew the rules.

Players that have received a bonus of 50% or higher, and still have unfulfilled wagering requirement that is associated with said bonus, are prohibited from placing wagers where, if at the time of placing the wager, the Risk amount is greater than 50% of the value of the deposit that is associated with the unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement.

I deposit $500 and get 100% up to $500 That gives me $1,000 to start.

Are they saying I can't bet $500? based on $500 deposit and $500 bonus
Are they saying I can't bet $250? based on $500 deposit
Are they saying I can't bet $250? based on 50% of $500 bonus

12x rollover would be $12,000 based on a $500 max deposit plus $500 bonus.

Based on the amount max you would be able to bet it's either 24 bets max at $500 or 48 bets at $250 max

Either way they are forcing you to make 24-48 wagers to meet a rollover assuming it's based on the lesser of the two to win or wagered amount and it's proportions 1:1

This is a suckers bonus no matter which way you slice it, they know the majority of people won't win over a 24 bet period and it's less at 48.

Small print is one thing, to purposely hide it and make you click to read it is sinister and the way they can say, you broke a rule.

While it's in their rules, it is hidden and this is a place I would do no business with.

Mickey Mouse ruse on GTbets part.
There should have been an auto stop on your wagers like
when you wager above your current balance.
It seems that you had a hot streak for naught.
Unfortunately, you have to read the rules when taking a bonus from an offshore.
Sorry about losing your nice balance but shot-takers often get shot down.

I had a similar situation with bs mybookie.com. I read the fine print and thought I knew what I was getting into. When I wanted to collect, the clerk actually changed the stipulations in mid phone call. It's what places like that do. It wasn't nearly as much as tho, I think it was a few hundred. I would hound them, telling them you are i going to go to sites and tell people what is happening. You probably won't get all your money, which sucks, but hopefully you'll get something.

From the other forum'
GTBets has credited $6,847.67 to Pat's account.

They have listened to the feedback. The rule has been removed from the site. The intention behind the rule was not to confiscate winnings, and in fact in recalculating Pat's balance losses were adjusted too, but it's nevertheless not ever okay to not pay booked action. In the future if there is a bonus rule like this, the software won't allow bets over a stipulated limit, so we shouldn't have a case like this again.

As to the casino rule someone pointed out, it has been reworded as well.

Thank you for all of the feedback

Not really .

A thank you thread for a sports book paying him ?
Really ?

Make no mistake the book made the rule knowing exactly what they were doing.

Ok so they paid the guy the money once they got public pressure .

Ok glad they paid but thank you thread ?

I don’t think so .

No telling how many other people they screwed who never made it public on a sports forum .

Again, glad this story had a happy ending but no thank thread .

And I will never put one cent in this book

Glad to see the OP getting paid. Glad RX/SBR helped him get paid. Offshore def getting risky lately. This place was started by the old Betgameday site, not sure who runs in now but they closed down and reopened as GTbets. They don't take NY customers so I have never played their and will not after seeing this type of BS.
