I saw you had WV last night so didn't think it's appropriate to chime in since I had VT.
Since both Offense broke in new faces thus it came down to Defense for both teams and VT had a distinct advantage on defense returning most players from a good defense last year, while many on WV need replacing.
I think WV will be in for a rough year unless offense (and OL) get in sync quickly as Big 12 are getting better this year, especially Kansas st. my dark horse to win B12.

Thanks peepee...tough loss...hate losing like that. Specials teams weren't too great. I thought the o did ok with 600yards...i would of rather run it more last night...i think he threw 54 passes ,ran 35 times with a 6.3 ypc...this will be the best d they face all yr long. I have wvu finishing 4th in conference this yr...got ok st, ksu,okla,wvu....next yr ,I do think wvu wins the conference.

Totally agree bigike. Just wish we kicked the fg on that 4th down, then holgs getting that dumb penalty took us out of range...thus the difference.
