for baseball, i use a computer program i developed a few years ago that spits out plays giving a percentage chance of winning..from there i still cap the games, using pitching matchups , trends etc...i narrow down some of the plays , and play the best ones...another thing i started doing and tracking 2 yrs ago, was i would make a play, it would lose, but then win the next day. i went back and tracked them and i would win the next days plays at a high rate. thats why you see the same team on back to back days some days...a few other things i might mix in is a team that i dont think will get swept at home for a particular series. i like dogs on these plays....hope this helps.
