Grass mandatory for all NFL stadiums???!?

Was anything better than old Veterans Stadium which looked like green concrete
It did have a cool look to it though
But playing on that must have been rough
I'm surprised that great 80s-90's Eagles defense didn't kill someone

One of the toughest places to play… visiting teams hated going there
