funnything is... the phone call lasted 8 minutes and there was still NO POLICE Response (what good is cop hiiding behind a rock)...the thieves broke in, took what they wanted, then walked out with the "Loot"...and still no police response....imagine if they went in the home for something other than "bag of loot"...
did the right thing, but dont know if everyone can get away with something like with a recorded convo like that

From the way I understand it...this guy was completely within Texas state law.

In Texas, you do have the right to shoot to kill if you are trying to stop someone from stealing property...which includes your neighbors home.

this story is a good example of why crime doesnt always pay.

however, eventhough its texas, i am surprised a grand jury didnt indict him after hearing the recorded 911 call.

No punk that shoots two unarmed men in the back is a hero. Guy is a piece of shit and is lucky for our joke of a justice system.

A hero may be going to far but I'm glad he did what he did. I'm so fucking sick of criminals turned into the victims. Fuck them. You want to break into someone's home that's the risk you take.

didn't the cop duck down?

what r u saying no to? the CRIMINALS WERE shot in the back.

fixed it for you.

fuck these guys that were shot...serves them right for breaking into someones home.

if this was the result of more b&e, robbery, and other crimes, it would result in less criminals and crime.
