"Ties on 2 team Teaser are a push. Meaning, a tie and win is a push and a tie and a loss is a push." at BetVegasVic & Catalina.

NOTE: I don't believe that this rule applies anywhere to super teasers(10-13 points +). Any tie is a loss.

yes, ABC Islands used to have this rule with 7 point teasers at lay -110.

as Fishhead would call it, the good old days 4 or 5 years ago.

Also see the rule I posted at 5dimes, its hard to find on their site but I knew exactly where to look.
Actually, I think ties won at ABC. That's what Fishhead used to tell me.

BetOnline also has the same rule

4. In the result of a tie, three-or-more-team Vegas Teasers are reduced to the next lowest payoff (i.e. a five-team Vegas Teaser turns into a four-team Vegas Teaser, four-team teasers become three-team teasers and so on). With two-team Vegas Teasers, however, keep in mind the following:
Tie and a Win = No Action
Tie and a Tie = No Action
Tie and a Loss = Loss
In all other teaser bets offered by BETONLINE.COM, a tie results in a LOSS, for wagering purposes.
5. These rules apply to both NCAA and NFL football.
6. For any instances not discussed here, Las Vegas wagering rules apply.

yes, you are right, TIES did win.

But a PUSH and a LOSS was a PUSH also.

not only that it was lay -110 for 7 point teasers.

Here is the funniest thing about it. If you lose the first leg of a 2 team teaser it is smart to root like hell for a push in the next game as that is the only way to get your money back on this. A win is the worst thing that could happen on leg 2. Seems odd!!

One other thing is most football teasers are -120 in vegas, which sucks ass!!

That's an advantage to... the player right? lol. Weird.

I give players the ANY PUSH = NO ACTION unless there is a loss--then it's a loss. But PUSH + WIN + WIN = NO ACTION for me.

had a guy open up a two team 6pt teaser with me two sundays ago (with one to come) and it lost. He comes back and fills in the other side with New Orleans +3 vs Minny on monday night.

Falls Minn by three

So the turd is credited back his amount originally lost on the bet.

(I don't let everybody do that but he is "grandfathered" in)

I know a few years back a number of books in Vegas stopped taking 2 team teasers and made you do at least 3 teams. Has this changed and most books in Vegas are now booking 2 teamers again?

Intertops changed their rules where they have adjusted odds if you push 1 team in your teaser:

<TABLE cellSpacing=2 cellPadding=4 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=key>Basketball Moving Line</TD><TD class=key>4 Points</TD><TD class=key>4½ Points</TD><TD class=key>5 Points</TD></TR><TR><TD class=key>Football Total Points</TD><TD class=key>5 Points</TD><TD class=key>5½ Points</TD><TD class=key>6 Points</TD></TR><TR><TD class=key>Football Moving Line</TD><TD class=key>6 Points</TD><TD class=key>6½ Points</TD><TD class=key>7 Points</TD></TR><TR><TD class=value>1-Team Teaser</TD><TD class=value>2/5 (1.4)</TD><TD class=value>37/100 (1.37)</TD><TD class=value>7/20 1.35</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

My 5dimes account is set for Vegas rules for teasers; very important if you bet teasers with 5dimes that you send them an email requesting Vegas rules for teasers.
