I can answer that question- NO

People might tell you it matters, but I can guarantee you that the balloon would be so deflated that it won't matter. Lot of time left in the Baylor game though.

Gravy...If Tech loses this could mean Texas is in the Big 12 Championship since all we have left standing is two teams with Texas winning the head to head....If this were between 3 teams then OU would go. But a TT loss would definitely put a crimp in OU's plans.

And anyways, if Baylor doesn't win outright, this is still helping us out, bigtime. Tech will certainly not go to the Nat'l Championship by getting BLOWN out by OU, and squeaking by a time that Texas beat by 40.

I actually went back and bought some more Okie State at 10..Bought the half point..I don't think what happens in the Baylor/TT game will have anything to do with what happens in the OU/OSU game.

Man, I am absolutely on the fence with this Bedlam game. I mean, OU should absolutely run roughshod over OSU, but, with a week off for OSU to gameplan, and GS, Root having his Perfect Play GOY, Dr. Bob all on Okie State, it looks good. But then, Randizzle is on OU, so that sucks. He's 2-0 today too.

Tough day for you GS, accept for your team winning. Congrats. However, don't you think losing Box is a tremendous hit to your defense? I am extremely bitter right now, knowing that we have the #1 scoring defense, sitting there watching OU and Ok State run up and down the field, knowing we stuffed the fuck out of both of those offenses. If there is a god, we'll be justified, in some form or fashion. Oklahoma simply doesn't deserve to go to Kansas City. We will have crushed both teams playing in the Big 12 Championship. We're the better team. I'm done ranting.

jb....I wouldn't say Texas stuffed OU's offense. OU had 435 total yards to Texas 438. There really isn't any difference between the two teams. OU's a little stronger offensively and Texas is a little stronger defensively. But I don't blame you for being bitter. I would be too if the shoe was on the other foot. Losing Austin Box was huge. I'll be curious to see how Veneable rearranges the defense this week without him in there.
