He foolishly played banged up at Cleveland for a couple years, left shoulder in a harness that definitely affects passing, made him look bad.

He obviously didn't out perform Mayfield.
He (Baker) has outstanding ability to rally late when he could run . It showed when healthy early in his career.
He played hurt with a shit-head coach (Stefanski) who lost most of the games in the second half because of terrible prevent defense coaching. Players complained about his coaching strategies and those who did were gone.
