haha I knew i would get sh!t for that

I posted in another thread about how the SEC is bad this year...I even admit that....the depth is no longer there...there has been a significant drop off in depth

Kentucky was good last year they suck this year, SC was good last year they suck...Auburn was good they suck...only team that is "up" is probably Alabama...and Vandy but i suspect theyll end up in a little bowl at the end of the year which is good for them...oh and tennessee sucks too this year and they went to the sec championship

LSU, Florida, and georgia have pretty much stayed where they're at

but yeah enjoy this year...you don' think the SEC will be back to what it was in 1 or 2 years you're crazy
I'm just a realist...we care too much about college football here for our conference to lack depth for more than 1 or 2 years

and even this year I will put up every single team in the sec against the big 12

and the top 4...Fl, UGA, LSU, and Alabama will hold their own against the top 4 in the big 12...OU, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma State or Texas tech

and im not one to cry or anything over injuries

but over 50% of our starting linemen are injured

look it up

Just giving you a hard time. There is no coach I respect more as person than Richt, but they have had talent and have not won the big games. Yes, last year they beat Florida, but lost by 21 at Tenn.

You have immense talent. Top 3 Qb, RB, and when Green is a junior top 3 receivers in CFB, but they weren't impressive vs Tenn again and had chance to blow their doors of and didn't.

UGA is the OSU of the sec, best talent, but fails when the chips are down.

yeah you're right

its hard being a sports fan in georgia man...bulldogs always show hope but never quite have enough...braves...hawks...and at least the falcons are looking promising

all we have to do is beat LSU and Florida...Auburn/Vandy/Tech/ shouldn't be that big of a deal for us...ahh almost forgot kentucky there

I don't know what chance there is that stafford AND moreno will stay....I suspect moreno might jump ship but hey thats what id do too

Richt said he had confidence stafford would stay another season but you never know

I am sorry, but I don't think there is a chance that Stafford stays. Who else is there that is top qb, nobody. He is easily the 1st qb taken. I am not sure who would go in 2010, but Leinhart stayed a year to a long and fell.

Brock Huard should have left after his Red Soph, and returned and dropped to the 3rd round.

Not to worry, a Big 12 team will take the icing off your guys cake over there in the PAC1/SEC land :pope:

So unfortunate, that people like you down their in SEC lala land seem to mix 3-2 scorelines with good defense when in fact it is shit offense and mediocre defense. And when tex-ou play a game that is 45-35 that's actully two offenses that have a pulse, something that is very unfamiliar to people in SEC land. Any normal person would take a big 12 team over an SEC team any day of the week.

USC will still be in the title game. You're going to have to deal with it sooner or later because it's happening.

My dream is a USC/Alabama title game because wow, Bama would be lucky to keep them within three scores. UF and UGA could compete with USC, and UGA could win with a perfect game, but USC would be favored over anyone in the country on a neutral field. That is a fact.

USC will lose another game in conference and who knows maybe to ND. You need to stop having the Mark May syndrome of clinging on to Pete Caroll's man junk. Ok OTK. This isn't the USC of 3 or 4 years ago. They only have a defense, and we've seen that can be exposed; ie - oregon state. Offense has been suspect for a couple seasons now, they legitimately had mabye 14pts of offense against ASU. Come on now, their a good team, not good enough for the National Championship Game if thier is a 1 loss team from both the big 12 or sec.. simple as that, now you gotta face the facts and realize that their a team that will go the Rose Bowl and beat up another pathetic big 10 school in another home game for them... that is all

If they do make it, it won't be because they in the least deserve it. It would be because they don't play ANYBODY while the rest of the country knocks each other out and the benefit of their undeserved preseason ranking.

USC would crush any shitty team from the big 12 south (all frauds except for maybe texas, and that's a big maybe). usc wont lose another game in conference. it's inevitable that usc will be in the title game and most likely win it. just accept the fact that the conference teams u stand by dont have a chance in hell against the most talented team in the states

I love how you SEC argument is between two of the worst teams in the SEC, but your Big 12 argument is between the two best teams (cough) in the big 12

Nice Stuff June, your most talented team in the country lost to Oregon State (3-3). USC has looked pedestrian on offense all year. Face it, their bound for the Rose Bowl, hip hip hooray, another demolition of a big-10 team in their own backyard, what a suprise.

You just can't face facts, USC will lose another game before season's end. They don't even have the best record in the Pac-1. Their tied for 4th in their own conference. They will cough it up again against a cal or arizona type, or watchout for Wazzu this weekend, oops. Stop it with the SC hype, it will end soon :dancefool

someone doesnt know their college football like they think they do...watchout for wazzu? i'd say that's funny but this thread is going no where. your arguments are weak and your hatred for usc is puzzling, and pathetic

keep pounding the sec kool-aid. usc would crush any sec team, would be a sad sight to see. really dont give a shit about june's past and florida aint doin anything this year:pope:

Not drinking anything... just staing facts. The SEC's SOS is MUCH tougher than SC and will therefore get in the title game if it comes down to several 1 loss teams and this is where the SEC is unbeaten since the BCS inception.

As for Florida, did you watch the game on Saturday? Nobody in the country could hang half a 100 on LSU, nobody. Keep believing your uninformed comments though, it's quite amsuing.

everybody's posts are uninformed comments when it comes to opinions, this thread is prime example. the scoreline on saturday was just the snowball effect of bad things reoccuring for lsu. first play of the game was the way it was gonna go, when the lsu db tipped the ball up and the florida wr conveniently ran it in for a td. florida and maybe georgia are the only worthy teams in the sec this year it seems
