TCU Has won their only 2 meetings vs Losing teams this year. Rice is in last place in Conference USA and is an anemic 3-16 straight up vs Big 12 conference teams. As an underdog they have lost all 4 this season and 16 of 24 as a home dog of 3 or less long term. Looking at the RPI Rankings we note that TCU is ranked 220 and Rice 327. TCU has won 5 of 6 vs teams ranked 150 or worse in the RPI. Rice has lost both games this season vs winning teams and will likely lose this one as well.
