On Monday night the Bonus Play is on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Game 579 at 7:30 eastern. Notre Dame has started out hot winning the first 4 they have played. Tonight is their first real test vs a 3-0 Missouri team. Notre Fame has won 18 of 19 in November games and 16 of 20 vs teams who are averaging 64 or less points per game. When they have played the Big 12 they have won and covered 3 of the 4 times. They have also won 24 of 31 times after scoring 80 or more points. Not bad for a dog. On Wednesday the NHL Play is on the Philadelphia Flyers. Game 5 at 7:05 eastern. The Flyers soar into New York for a divisional match up with the New York Islanders boast the leagues #1 scoring unit. The Islanders have the 29th ranked defense and will have a tough time slowing down a vaunted Philly offense. The Flyers have won all 3 vs the East and 11 of the last 12 here vs the Islanders. New York is in the midst of a slump which has seen them drop 9 of their last 11, and 11 of 14 as a dog this season. They have also dropped 6 of 7 after allowing 4 or more goals. The Islanders don't figure to put too much of a scare into the Flyers as they are 30 the in the league in scoring. Look for the Flyers to bag another win vs a struggling Islander team. The Stags are a solid 26-3 vs teams with a losing record and have won and covered 3 of the last 4 in neutral court games. When the total is 120 to 130 they have covered 13 of the past 15 times. Tonight they oppose the Arizona St Sun Devils. ASU has lost 20 of the past 22 as an underdog. In November games they have struggles checking in at just 2-10 ats. In fact in all tournament games Arizona St is just 1-7 ats. We cant back them here against a talented Fairfield team that may be tops in their conference by seasons end. On Black Friday the free NCAAB Door buster play is on Princeton. Game 609 at 6;00 eastern. Princeton should improve as we like to play on dogs that have shot progressively worst the past 3 games vs an opponent that has shot progressively better the last three. The Tigers are a dog here but have won all 5 meetings vs Bucknell and have covered 21 of the last 29 on the road. They apparently love Friday as they have covered 13 of the last 14. Bucknell has failed ats in 5 of the last 7 ats on Friday and has never has much success when playing the Princeton style of play. Look for Princeton to get the cover. On Saturday the Bonus Play is on Wake Forest. Game 156 at 3:30 eastern. What we want to do in this game is play against teams like Vandy that won 3 or less games last season and lost their last game in overtime if they are off one exact loss and are taking on an opponent that has a win percentage of .400 or better. These teams are just 2-12 ats in their next game. Wake Forest won last years game 34-13 and has covered the last 3 in the series and are 4-1 straight up at home when the total is 49.5 to 52. Vandy is favored here and they are a lousy 0-12 straight up vs teams with a winning record and have lost 9 of the last 10 in November. Look for Wake to take it. On Sunday the free NFL System play is on the Vikings. Game 227 at 1:00 eastern. What we want to do in this game is basically play against Atlanta. Teams in their 3rd straight home game with no rest in between are 2-15 ats as a home favorite of -7.5 or more if the total is 45 or less. The Vikings are a solid 9-0 ats off back to back straight up and ats vs a winning team and has looked rejuvenated with Christian Ponder at Quarter back. Atlanta hasn't been the dominant home team this year they were last season and this appears to be too many points and may get up to 10 by game time. They are coming off a hard fought loss to Syracuse in their last game. Tonight they come home for a Pacific team that is not as talented as in years past and their results this season indicate that. Pacific has a pair of wins vs Two lower tired California teams that are only on their schedule to prop up the win record. When they have played decent competition they have not looked good, getting blown out by 24 in Nevada and back dooring Hawaii for the cover last out.
