Oh that is just awful! I wonder why they didn't evacuate, they knew it was coming..maybe no where to go. I wonder if the plant had bunkers below for everyone...anyone know?

something about latency in the notification system when its major event .. they have been trying to get this upgraded ..

apparently many of these tornados the residents were not warned

You are lucky to get a fifteen minute warning. It was the middle of the night. Some people had no clue. Where do you go when you can never be sure of the path? Awful situation to find yourself in.
