I know it didn't look like it against Duke but Purdue is a TOUGH team to play. Davidson has some how meshed into the roll as the public team after the tournament and all the hype for Stephen Curry even though they lost thier floor general and a very very good player in Jason Richards. This is why we are seeing a shortened line in my opinion. This line should be about 6.5 minimum. Curry has gotten this team miracle covers vs Oklahoma and West Virginia but it won't happen tomorrow. Purdue has a very deep starting 5 that is going to be too much for Davidson to handle. Lets not forget Davidson has been a team that can not get the job done out of conference until the tournament. They got one in West Virginia but the odds of them getting it done here are very slim.

Hmm.. I disagree a little about your analysis of them out of conference. I have been following/betting Davidson games for the last 3 years (so before they were a tourney upstart but they were an ATS machine 2 years ago), and while they have not been consistenly BEATING their top 10 out of conference opponents, they have played them all tough and hung in the games up to the last minute. I disagree that the WVU game was a miracle cover, although their injuries helped. Last year they hung within 5 points of UNC, and just earlier this year they covered the 5 against an Oklahoma team who IMO is superior to Purdue. I just think that anytime you bet against Curry you are hoping for a lot, especially since they will be focused having had a week since they really underperformed against Tenn-Chat.. I havent seen many occasions where they come out that bad in back to back games.

On another note, I couldnt agree more with the Texas play
