Ok, trying to recoup from cuse and what's sure to be a -7 on Tenn. Georgetown is 5-0 at home. What's the thinking on Memphis? Thanks in advance. :toast:

Sorry must have missed this in all the hoopla.

I watched Georgetown play a few times as well as Memphis and both teams are in a down year from last year. Georgetown is playing for revenge from last year while Memphis is trying to prove they are still a powerhouse. Georgetown lost Hibbert and now they are a much different team relying more on a fast game then trying to get it inside to Hibbert. This plays right into the hand of Memphis who is actually a very good defensive team especially on the outside. The 5 points to a team as good as Memphis is capable of playing is too much in my opinion. Also, I don't think Georgetown is a top-25 team this year. I think they are going to get eaten up in the Big East by Louisville, Villanova, Pitt, ND, Syracuse, UConn, and maybe even Marquette.

A minute left, it would be a terrible bad beat if we lose this Butler game.

Wow you all act like the man isn't watching the games. Talk about negativity to no end. nobody should be this bent out of shape from a loss or 2. the only reason i watch the games are for possible halftime plays, otherwise i wouldn't care b/c at the end of the season you should know where you are going to be after the dust clears.
