Like texas too... Lee was 0-3 with a 12.46 ERA in exhibition play in 2009, including yielding 46 hits and 33 runs over just 21 innings of work. career #s 6.42 ERA and 1.549 WHIP versus Texas, including allowing a combined thirteen runs and seventeen hits over his last 11 2/3-innings of work in Texas.....going w/ the home barker in this one too .........bol this year

Underway in Texas!

Thinking about adding the Astros and a few more but will be looking some more. Don't want to force anything just because its opening day.

Eesh. Tough to back Colorado going into Arizona. I think Arizona wins the game but the price is too much with Weeb on the hill.

Gl with whatever you decide I will be on the sidelines.

Good start to the day. My Mets win on a Johan win and K-Rod save.

Won my first wager with an easy Texas Rangers cash.

Florida Marlins already up 2-0 and Nolasco really has it today it looks like so far.

Not only is Millwood in a contract year, he is literally pitching for a contract. He has a clause in his contract where if he pitches 180 innings the Rangers automatically renew for $12 for the 2010 season. Knowing this Millwood has got himself into some of the best shape in his career. He started working out in November, and has gained strength in the areas he was injured last season (hamstring, groin). He had a decent Spring, and is said to be confident and ready to go for the season. Whenever Millwood is healthy (which isn't often) he is an all stat caliber pitcher. With all that said I think Milwood is in store for a great season, and if today was any sign, I think that may be right.

Not to mention Lee was off this Spring. He relies, and must have control to be successful. He didn't have that this Spring. He had way to many walks. Everybody saw what happened 2 years ago when his control wasn't pinpoint. he simply doesn't have the stuff to get big league hitters out if he isn't hitting his spots with pin point control. Anyone who dug into this game would have sen Rangers or nothing, hence the huge drop in number. I was happy with my +118 though.

nice call GD

Lol Jake I will definitley keep an extra eye out for those WBC guys! Although I did watch the Padres game and noticed Peavy yelling like he was real pumped up before the game started. I understand the excitement but from my history in most sports, especially in baseball if you try to overthrow you are usually going to leave it right over the plate or your going to put it right in the dirt. He settled down after that first inning and had an overall solid start.

Hopefully your Padres turn it around soon!

Unfortunately my Padres will not turn it around..for a few years at least. i love Peavy, but cannot bet on such a sad Padres team..I will be fading them and the nationals all season! The Padres should never be favored..I like the Dodgers again today. I have been a loyal Padres fan for a longtime and am sick of their penny pinching ways! i hope Peavy gets traded to the Cubs because I would like to see him have a shot to win the WS, and sadly he won't get that chance in SD. You have to know when your team is dreadful and make money off of them and now is the time to fade the Pads all year.

I like some of your picks today, gl man..don't overextend yourself with too many bets, but i know that you know that..I am on giants, dodgers, marlins and red sox today BOL

Ok fair enough.

But, if someone wants to know where I post my "blog" how do I point them in the right direction?
