These guys are so freakin dumb. He had to have at least 120 million in guaranteed contracts not counting endorsements and he is messing with a credit card company. Unbelieveable. That is why I would change the landscape if I owned an NBA team. Why pay these guys the way they do? In the real world, he couldn't get a job that paid him 40K a year. 30K is probably a stretch. And you know he would be smoking weed and get fired.

yes many pro athletes are really stupid... and having friends/family that are mostly mooches doesn't help
criminal charges should be brought, not just refunding the money (if it's true which i'm guessing there's "some" truth to it)
non-celebrity would get locked up for stealing 800, so he should certainly be locked up for stealing 80k (again, if it's true)
