We are still waiting for the Maxwell conspirator names to be released. Remember, going on behind the scenes there are grand juries taking place. If the names were released the guilty parties' attorneys could argue their client could never get a fair trial. They would be found guilty by the public and finding an untarnished jury would be difficult.
