Pete,
Are you poor-mouthing your Tigers from superstition or do you truly believe Florida has a chance?
I remember you also said Miss. St. would cover but your boys took them behind the woodshed.

I think it's a combination of both. I think that LSU is way better than Florida this year, but we're off a bye week and they were embarassed at home last week. I'll say this, if we blow them out, you can stick a fork in 'em for the rest of the season.

By the way Dan, if you want to see an AWESOME sports video clip, check out the site below.......

LSUpete-
As a fellow LSU grad, I hear what you're saying. But dude, what are you smoking over there? true frosh QB coming into tiger stadium with the best DL in the country? don't put too much stock in sharone being out -remember addai was the starter and can get the job done. at the end of the day, as long as we don't turn the ball over, it will be all about defense. this one could get ugly and I'll be there to see it unfold. btw - I'm reading down here in N.O. that hunt will probably play.

Pete: come on bro' ... you know me better than that --- this has NOTHING to do with my disdain for the Croc's ... this has everything to do with what I've seen from them through the mid-point of the season

a POORLY coached team with no identity and a VERY YOUNG QB going on the road to face the best defense he's seen (he'll see the best one when FSU visits in November, but that's a different story
icon_wink.gif
) ----- remember, he did not even make it through the Miami game and I think that LSU's defense & crowd noise will be tougher on him than that experience ... not that it matters when the coaching staff has no idea what the hell they're doing

like another poster said, this aint FAMU or SJSU in the Swamp

My computer projections say that the line should be around 18 ---- I'll round down to a prime number

UF 14

Big Daddy Nole, be careful throwing out projections with that Commodore 64. In all seriousness, I hope you are wrong on UF but you are probably right. I like the Noles to cover the spread and work Berlin silly.

Being a big LSU fan, I know this team very well.
I would not bet against LSU, nor would I bet LSU in this one. Could be close one, or LSU could run away. Either way I see LSU winning this one.

Saban historically at all coaching jobs his had; screws up one game a year, when he's clearly had the better team. Oddly enough; it's always a home game. Would definitely pass this game. Clearly tigers are better, but this sets up as a trap.

Unbelievable!...Absolutely all day to throw the ball and just not getting it done offensively..LSU will find out what they really have next week..Zook still hasn't secured his future yet...Fla heading to Arkansas next week..

Nice call Pete, I was all over this one myself. When any of the big 3 Florida schools get +7 or more it's almost an automatic play for me. No one has more talent and being an underdog pisses them off I think. Come right back with the Gators this week again is my advice.....
