possibly its the mail service you are using...mine was answered within an hour....i know IN THE PAST, i have had issues with certain books not getting yahoo mail, or aol mail, or something, and i had to use a different one.....just an idea, i dont know if thats the issue.....i emailed from AOL and had no problem
