Whether he died from a possible heart attack or some other issue he was at risk for, it was caused by the actions of this officer
during this encounter. That is what it looks like to me. More than likely he will get convicted of manslaughter not murder
I really see no way he can walk in this case. His actions were over and above what were called for in this case.
It's not cut and dry. The doctor that recklessly injected Michael Jackson with deadly doses of propofol didn't get murder, how is this case different?

Also, this piece of Sh** already had 16 complaints against him, 12 involving African Americans. No matter where you side on this you have to be a complete idiot to support this guy. He drew his gun on 12 years olds and pointed it at their heads for having a fun game w/ nerfs. Even after clearly seeing the orange nerf dart he continued to bully them. He has also been a part of two other Shooting deaths with African-Americans. It's guys like this piece of garbage that unfortunately ruin it for all the other cops, most of which do their jobs correctly.
