This isn't the pros. Missouri is probably one the only true universities in the SEC. Vandy also. Rest of those schools are sports factories. Students probably have to count to 10 to get admitted.

I think the message they sent to their coaches, teammates and fans was that it's ok to quit.

When you have a job, and there is a dispute, you handle it like an adult. There is a grievance process but you keep working until the grievance is resolved. These guys acted like a bunch of bitches that didn't get their way.
