Hiring convicted fraud felons to run your absentee voting process in Fulton county seems very smart.
I believe there are several underlying reasons why the lower State Courts are refusing to take these cases up
1. The Democratic appointed State Judges would never aid in any Trump defense in their own heavily Democratic controlled Cities in the 1st place.
2. I also believe that as much as this Election has been Politicized along party lines, even the lower Court Republican Judges are probably and literally scared to " Death " to take on any of these cases for fear of retaliation. Do they really want to endanger their own lives as well as their families? With so much at stake here, coupled with the fact that these Lawsuits are so important to the very foundation of our Constitution I believe they are routinely just kicking them up the ladder to the only Court that will have the intestinal fortitude to settle this fraud, the Supreme Court.
3. As far as the SC getting involved, the 1st case out of PA. was filed last Tuesday at 2 pm. Judge Alito who has that jurisdiction has sent notice to the PA. State officials that he wants their brief by Wed. Dec. 9 The door is being opened in the SC and it's only a matter of time before. GA/ Clarence Thomas MI / Kavanaugh WI / Comey Barrett consider accepting anymore suits into the Court.
This is just my .02 on it and how I see it playing out. I don't believe the SC is going to let this massive fraud scandal destroy our Constitution
