I've always thought of Christie, Giuliani, and even Trump, as liberalish Republicans, but not Tucker. Sometimes Tucker can be a dick, but I agree with him more than I don't, and way more often than the other three. The Giuliani thing is so weird to me. He was considered a criminal by all the 9/11 inside job people a few years ago. Now he's in with them. Just waiting for Rudy to say 9/11 was an inside job now.

If you couldn't figure out that this election was kinda-sorta-important to the left and they may cut a few corners on the way to victory (mail-in balloting, ballot harvesting, every major corporation pushing "voter registration drives" with young people who overwhelmingly vote Dem) then you shouldn't be betting on politics.

Your heart and your head have just diverged in a way that won't lead you to make rational decisions. Could the right have overcome all of this and won? Sure, but you knew what you were getting into when you bet on Trump. If you didn't know this was in the range of outcomes when you bet then you deserve to lose money. Harsh but true.

If there was enthusiasm for Biden people would have packed outdoor rallies, but there wasn't any for him. This was about getting the big bad orange man out of office.
Biden voters packed BLM rallies and protests because they had enthusiasm for that stuff.

So in all honesty it wasn't about Covid, but the candidate. I don't think anyone really cares who President is as long as it isn't Trump.
