These two seem like obvious "Yes" for almost anyone who has gambled more than a couple times. And the first question would be answered yes by anyone who has ever lost, which it anyone who gambles.

Stupid questions. Just an attempt to try to make gambling an illness so these various clinics can get govt money to treat "gambleholics". If anyone gambles they will answer yes to half of these sometime. Btw, I would say yes to most. I owe my favorite bookie Fishhead since the Big Bowl.

Since beginning 'offshore' portion of my 26 years just five years ago, I answer only FOUR.

In early incarnations where I had a local who would let me bet on credit, it was more like 15.

I think some of these questions are too soft though and there is alot of variance, for instance some may have had a yes answer to just once...Never have I been close to a catastrophy or had any self destructive thoughts, although the point to this may be to show how close one can fall into that category, there is a fine line I would think for some people...

When I use to have a job lol, sometimes during day games (whatever the sport) I would be out on the road looking for ways to get updates, lmao...Sometimes I`d even go to malls and watch games in the TV section, its hard to stand in the TV section for a couple hours though...For me though these binges were very rare.

I had 11, though like many here that's because of the "did you ever/have you ever" wording of some of the questions.

My score would be much higher if you substitute "eat/eating" for "gamble/gambling"

like a lot of us it seems, I answer far fewer yes than I would have years ago. so "did you ever?" or "have you ever?" would put me aroung 15 but if it asked "recently", then more like 6
