i don tthink there are odds for that. because teams that get eliminated in the group stage and play only three games could have conceded less goals than a team that made it to the semi finals and played 5 games

Point of note for those that love Spain (I am included in that group), you might as well consider them being part of the group of death. Their quarterfinal game, finish first or second in group, is against the group of death teams that advance. We all know Spain's history at large tournaments (look like world beaters in group and lose in their next game), just something to consider.

I also read an article yesterday that said Aragones is "pondering" a 4-5-1 formation that would leave David Villa out and have Cesc in (with presumably Iniesta, Xavi, Alonso and I don't know who else) or a 4-4-2 that would not include Cesc in the 4.

Eric, RVP also said he probably couldn't go 90 today. So who knows. Sounds like neither of them are worth any money.

Yeah, to get to the finals they'll have to more than likely beat the likes of the Italians/French/Romania to get to the finals to face Germany/Portgual. It'll be very tough. And I know some are just enthralled by friendlies played over a year ago, the Spaniards sure looked pretty 'meh' against USA.

remember when spain came out and trashed Ukraine in the world cup first round of the group stage 4-0?
i see a similar result for the them against russia. Thus being my biggest play of the first set of group stage games at -142
along with...
swizz/czech over 2.5 +157
and Portugal -142

sunday and monday gonan play the games easy, but i see germany not having it easy against poland and Italy and Netherlands being a toss up

I was leaning towards the Swiss but a 1-1 draw seems very posible...I like that bet.

An unlucky match for the Swiss...no handball call...fortunate Czech goal...poss. lose Frei for the tourney...outplayed their opponent...zero pts.

Czech attack was not threatening. Back line wasn't all that impressive either.

ehhh. got screwed in the swiss/czech game. swiss were by far the better squad. portugese breeze by turkey. all in all, it looked to be a pretty weak group tonight.

tomorrow i'll lay the chalk..

germany.. - 250.
croatia.. - 111.

3-1 so far.

shocked that all 4 games have gone under, especially everyone is expecting group c to be the 'under' group.

thanks.

they thoroughly outplayed the czech's. frei's loss won't hurt that bad i don't think. they need this win in front of their home crowd.. playing in the same stadium as they did on saturday. i predicted the turks to be pretty pathetic and they haven't let me down yet.

as for portugal.. i see a 2-1 win for them.
