Legal issues are not as big a factor as you might think, the major corporations are part of THE PARTY and will gladly impose vaccine mandates.

Amazon, Nike, Coca Cola, Bank of America, Delta, Gillette... et al, will comply.

The perplexing USPS exemption makes it an equal protection legal issue I would think.

You just never know because communist judges side with communism, while conservative judges mostly (though not always) rule in favor of the Constitution.

We need better solutions than always begging to courts to save us from Democrat tyranny.
