Cole has yet again had another year of lights out performances, posting a 3.03 ERA leading to a 15-8 record. In just the L7 starts he is 5-2 with a 2.77 ERA (which is even more impressive after his last performance vs CLE, but I fully anticipate a HUGE bounce back performance. On the road, Cole is 9-4 with a 2.95 (allowing just a .210 opp. BA) and he’s even better @ NGT going 12-3 with a 1.86 ERA (allowing opponents to hit just .192)!!! The Yankees have also won the L6 Cole starts as an AF w/ line>-250 @ NGT! While the Red Sox have been on a little bit of a hot streak as well (which is why it’s a 3 unit, I debated on a 4 unit) the Yankees may be even hotter, especially on the offensive side, scoring ≥ 5 runs in B2B games, and when they have done that so far this year, they are 14-1 in the game to follow!! The Red Sox on the other hand have Eovaldi starting, who is just 1-3 in his 12 starts since the ASG, and with him going H2H with a right-handed pitcher, the Sox are 2-5. While Boston can hit off a pitcher with a low ERA, as they have shown recently, they have struggled vs. pitchers with a low WHIP, going just 2-8 in the L10 vs. a SP w/ a WHIP<1.1.
