I really don't see the big deal here. I've been reading Kodiak's picks for a long time. If you know the "Real" line then bet accordingly. If someone does not do his due diligence when betting, at the very LEAST checking the line himself beforehand then he deserves to be had.

Tony, the problem is the RX should not allow touts to post picks here - the sole intention is to entice newbies into signing up with them - you see he has mentioned his "60% to the window" - it screws people over - they send him money believing they have found tommorrow's newspaper and they either lose right away or they lose down the road - touts charge money for their plays for a reason - and half the guys here dream of being a tout someday - they post picks with alot of hype - they draw a large following and guess what - it is time to start charging for picks - 5 years ago Panther was the biggest thing going - then he started charging and everyone lost - same with Rod - people need to remember never to send money to a tout - it is a dead end - I am not blasting Kodiak at all - I did not know he was a tout until this year - I assume he did what Rod and Panther did - I just want everyone to understand why a tout charges money for his picks.

To me it does not matter tout or not, where the source of plays or selections come from. But if your a snake, I mean tout, be up front with it. But when you start running games on the board, posting made up lines to make it appear you got the best number and it moved, then bs'ing your way through it by saying it was the only number available. Available where? Yellowstone sportsbook? If you are going to make a living stealing, limit it to picnic baskets with Yogi and Boo Boo. Try to keep from fleecing the members here. It other simpler terms, just keep it real.

Kodiak of all people should know better.

This game was a solid 11 across the board, with MAYBE an 11.5 to be found.

Maybe we need to restrict touts to claiming ONLY lines that are available on RxLiveLines.

Problem is he is using the rx trolling for newbies and using deceitful tactics to reel in the fish.

Hi, I'm Homer Newbie, and I just flat out suck picking sports winners. I need help and I heard the RX is the place to go for free help. Hey, there is a FROG, I hate frogs, they are slimy and stink. Do they give you warts? Hey, there is a bear, I once had a Teddy bear, he was warm and fuzzy. Only problem is this is the teddy bear with the loose plastic button eye for a choking hazard. He bet +13, and really is kind enough to share this play since it moved all the way to +11 right after he posted according to the live lines. But he says 11 is just as good. But with my newbie luck it will land 12. If the big, warm, fuzzy bear says it is just as good, he does this for a living so I will just follow along. Oh no, I got screwed, blued and tattoed, it landed 12. How could the RX allow someone like this to deceive it's viewers? In the blame game you are just as culpable for allowing him to do this as he is doing it. Bottom line, Kodiak does know better and did it anyway. And the RX sat on it's hands and allowed it. If you let someone shit on your front lawn they become your turds.
