Take Rutgers team totalover 13.5 for second half. They will not be playing for field goals inside the 10 yard line this half. They will score more than 2 tds this half. I would also look at the half over as well.

i just don't see how Rutgers isn't a big play here? Time of possession is huge. how many times have you seen defenses bend the whole first half, but then break due to being on the field the whole time? i see that happening here. not to mention rutgers has dominated the game. 3 scoring opportunites blown. Gers D has dominated Fresno. Getting great value cause they didn't convert. Hill is a great coach, but I trust Schiano to make the proper adjustments as well. really like Rutgers in this spot
