Assuming this is true and China did it on purpose. What's more frightening: that the Orange leader once again believed our enemy over our own intelligence who warned him as early as Nov 2019 that a Pandemic was rising in Wuhan or that he was woefully incompetent and inadequate in dealing with germ warfare?

For the first 2 months, the Orange leader was busy praising and thanking China for their "hard work and transparency" while downplaying it himself, calling it a hoax and saying only 1 person had it and that it would magically disappear. So either the Orange leader is guilty of being an accomplice to our enemy or guilty of dereliction of duty. So which is it?
