Omicron is a less deadly variant of the China virus, yet it appears slightly more people have died in Ontario this past January than in January of 2021! That is with over 85% of Ontario adults fully vaccinated. So what is the purpose of this vaccine? It has not prevented any fewer deaths in the province of Ontario. The death rate should be much lower this year, given the natural immunity of those that have had covid, given that Omicron is less deadly than delta, yet the death rate remains steady, if not slightly more this year.
