I don't think that's quite right. Let me know if I'm misled here, but the $40 Bonus Play will yield (if you pick the right side) a win of $36. All Bonus Plays that I've played only let you keep the winnings, not the risk. Thus, our account would have $36 in it. Let's say you need to rollover 8 x $40 = $320. I think money towards the rollover is the lesser of the risk/win (in the case of a winning bet and the risk in the case of a losing bet). In this case, we would've applied $36 towards our rollover requirement leaving us with $284 to rollover. 17-13 in $10 bets would yield us with roughly $76 but we would've met the rollover requirement. Correct me if I'm wrong.
OK, you win the freeplay, have $36 or so now, you need 36X8= 288 in rollover.
Bet the 36 and win, you'll have about 69, and need 252 in rollover. You want to roll it, and stay around that amount, since you can't go over $100, make small bets of 11 to win 10. They can be almost random.
you need 26 bets, if you go 13-13, you lose $13, have $56, and are rolled. Hopefully you go 15-11, win $29 and end up at $98. I'd make a couple of extra small bets to be sure, then convert this into unrestricted funds that you can play anyway you want, and get paid.
That's the way I'd do it, given the $100 limit, no sense running it up to $500.
I'd just fire away the $10 bets on almost anything, because they mean almost nothing.
This assumes the -110 lines, some of us get -105.
