Drove off with it on top of her car?? When I worked in a restaurant there was a busboy who found one of those bank money pouches with the zipper on top left by a guest on the booth of where the guest had been sitting. Inside the pouch 15k, one of the managers said the owner returned 3 days later, at like 8am, when he was the only manager around, and that the guy claimed to have just returned from Vegas and it took him 3 days to retrace his steps. The manager also said the guy didn't leave a tip. That 15k was probably close to a years salary for that busboy.

i know we had a thread on what would you do if you found something like this....was faced with that decision this am.

While running saw a kenneth cole reaction handbag on the side of the road...picked up up and ran home. Contents included $340 cash, maybe $100 in assorted gift cards, 2 money orders unsigned for $400 each with the receipts, blank checks, debit cards etc etc. was faced with some serious moral question...could easily cash in for over 1k. young local college chick 23 years old.....going to return it to her. probably the only person on the planet that would. hopefully gives me some karma...if i had kept it i would blame every bad thing that ever happens to ,me going forward on it....not worth 1k.
